Update

The following is an important message to Sure Billing-as-a-Service customers from Insurity Customer Support.

The annual Sure Billing-as-a-Service Disaster Recovery exercise is planned for Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 8:00am to 6:00pm ET.

During this Disaster Recovery exercise, the Sure Billing-as-a-Service will not be available while we are running tests in the secondary region.

The results of the test scenarios will be made available to all Sure BaaS customers at the conclusion of the exercise upon request.
