Notification: Bridge Specialty Suite and Insurity Marine Suite Non-Production Maintenance Jan 17, 2026 01:00-04:00 EST

We would like to inform you of a planned FTP upgrade activity scheduled for the Non-Production environment as part of our ongoing platform maintenance and improvement efforts.

Impact Details
- During the upgrade window, FTP user accounts in the Non-Production environment may be temporarily impacted.
- Any batch jobs or automated processes that rely on these FTP accounts in the Non-Production environment may also be affected during this period.

Post-Upgrade
- Once the upgrade is completed, all FTP services and related batch jobs are expected to function as usual.
- No changes are required from your end unless issues are observed.

If you encounter any issues following the upgrade or have concerns related to your FTP integrations or batch jobs, please reach out to Insurity Customer Support, support@insurity.com promptly so we can assist you.

REMINDER:
As we prepare for the last quarter of 2025, Insurity Cloud Operation Leadership is providing this advance notice of the upcoming Production Change Freeze / Blackout Period at the end of the year. These change freezes are common operating procedure implemented to minimize risk from production changes and or reduced holiday period resource coverage during our clients’ critical year end window.
This year the change freeze period will run from: Monday, December 22, 2025 through Sunday, January 4, 2026

Please use the information below to visualize what is and is not permitted during the freeze window:

Permitted:
Critical or High severity issue mitigation
Site Maintenance/Data Maintenance items that are low impacting changes that have been reviewed by Development & Operations Leads
Regulatory/Compliance Product Service Releases

Not Permitted:
Regular or planned change to production applications or infrastructure (including Scheduled and Non-Scheduled Service Release Deployments not related to Regulatory/Compliance)
