The following is an important message to Insurity Sure PALC customers from Insurity Customer Support.

Our annual Sure PALC Disaster Recovery exercise is planned for Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 12:00am to 6:00pm ET.

During this exercise, the Sure PALC application will not be available while we are running tests in the secondary region.

The results of the test scenarios will be made available to all Sure PALC customers at the conclusion of the exercise upon request.
