The following is an important message to Insurity’s IWCS customers:
As part of Insurity’s migration onto the Cloudflare connectivity cloud, on October 5th, 2024 your Prod URLs will be moving to Cloudflare, and their associated certificates will become Cloudflare managed certificates. We do not anticipate any service disruption as Cloudflare has been deployed in your UAT environment for several months. Along with the security benefits that Cloudflare brings, they also provide universal SSL which allows Cloudflare to fully manage the SSL certificate used by the browser when interacting with Insurity applications.
Please note Cloudflare does not support certificate pinning as they rotate their certificates frequently, on an automatic basis. In the event you are pinning a certificate, please contact your Customer Success Representative or Customer Support.
