The following is an important message to AWS hosted Insurity Digital Claims Payments Customers from Insurity Customer Support.
We are pleased to announce that the annual Digital Claims Payments Disaster Recovery exercise is planned for Saturday, December 6, 2025 12:00am ET through 6:00pm ET.
During this Disaster Recovery exercise, the Digital Claims Payments application will not be available while we are running tests in the secondary region.
