The following is an important message to Sure Submission Gateway customers.
Friendly reminder that the annual Sure Submission Gateway Suite Disaster Recovery exercise is planned for Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 06:00 AM to 05:00 PM EDT.
During this Disaster Recovery exercise, the Sure Submission Gateway will not be available while we are running tests in the secondary region.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your cooperation.
