This is an important message for all Insurity Marine Suite and Bridge Specialty Suite clients using Insurity Integration Services.
Insurity is upgrading our production integration platform to the latest version of BizTalk as part of a broader set of infrastructure enhancements. This upgrade reflects our continued investment in providing a modern, resilient, and fully supported platform for our clients.
The production cutover is planned for the regularly scheduled maintenance window on Saturday, November 14, 2026. An alternate date will be communicated if the planned upgrade must be delayed.
We have also reserved the following production maintenance windows for final validation of the upgraded BizTalk platform: Saturday, September 26, 2026 Saturday, October 3, 2026 Saturday, October 17, 2026
Additional details, including timing, planned activities, potential service impacts, and any client participation requirements, will be communicated once planning is finalized.
