The following is an important message to all Insurity Customers on Insurity Public Cloud - Canada from Insurity Customer Support.
We would like to inform you that the emergency maintenance that was scheduled for 8:00 PM EST today, Wednesday, December 17th, will have to be further extended. The maintenance is now expected to last until 11 PM EST.
During this maintenance period, the Insurity Applications listed below under “Components Affected” and any associated Insurity integrations and reporting platforms may not unavailable intermittently.
