Notification: Insurity Annual US Public Cloud Disaster Recovery Exercise – Sunday, February 15, 2026

The following is an important message to Insurity Customers from Insurity Customer Support.

Insurity Cloud Operations will be conducting our annual US Public Cloud Disaster Recovery exercise on Sunday, February 15, 2026 from 8:00am-9:00pm ET.

During this exercise, all US Public Cloud production environments will be offline for the following products only: Insurity Decisions Suite, Insurity Workers’ Comp Suite, Insurity ClaimsXPress, Insurity Bridge Specialty and WINS

As part of the disaster recovery exercise, our customers will have the opportunity to participate and conduct independent testing from 12:00pm to 3:00pm ET. If your organization wishes to participate in testing, please click the link below to complete our registration form by 12:00pm ET Friday, February 6, 2026.

Note: The Disaster Recovery Exercise results will be available to all hosted clients, regardless of participation.
