The following is an important message to Sure Submission Gateway customers.
Insurity Cloud Operations will be conducting our annual Sure Submission Gateway Suite Disaster Recovery exercise on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM EDT.
During this Disaster Recovery exercise, the Sure Submission Gateway application will be unavailable while testing in the secondary region is underway.
Results will be available to all hosted clients upon completion of the exercise.
