The following is an important message to Insurity Sure Commercial Policy customers from Insurity Customer Support.

Our annual Sure Commercial Policy Disaster Recovery exercise is planned for Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 12:00am to 6:00pm ET.

During this exercise, the Sure Commercial Policy application will not be available while we are running tests in the secondary region.

The results of the test scenarios will be made available to all Sure Commercial Policy customers at the conclusion of the exercise upon request.
