The following is an important message to Sure Personal Suite customers.

Our annual Sure Personal Suite Disaster Recovery exercise is planned for Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 10:00am to 4:00pm ET.

During this time, the Sure Personal Suite will be unavailable while we are running tests in the secondary region.

Note: Any scheduled jobs will be paused during the exercise and will be ran once the exercise is complete.
