REMINDER:
As we prepare for the last quarter of 2025, Insurity Cloud Operation Leadership is providing this advance notice of the upcoming Production Change Freeze / Blackout Period at the end of the year. These change freezes are common operating procedure implemented to minimize risk from production changes and or reduced holiday period resource coverage during our clients’ critical year end window.
This year the change freeze period will run from: Monday, December 22, 2025 through Sunday, January 4, 2026
Please use the information below to visualize what is and is not permitted during the freeze window:
Permitted:
Critical or High severity issue mitigation
Site Maintenance/Data Maintenance items that are low impacting changes that have been reviewed by Development & Operations Leads
Regulatory/Compliance Product Service Releases
Not Permitted:
Regular or planned change to production applications or infrastructure (including Scheduled and Non-Scheduled Service Release Deployments not related to Regulatory/Compliance)
