Our annual Sure Commercial Policy Disaster Recovery exercise is planned for Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 12:00am to 6:00pm ET.
During this exercise, the Sure Commercial Policy application will not be available while we are running tests in the secondary region.
The results of the test scenarios will be made available to all Sure Commercial Policy customers at the conclusion of the exercise upon request.

During this Disaster Recovery exercise, the Sure Billing-as-a-Service will not be available while we are running tests in the secondary region.
The results of the test scenarios will be made available to all Sure BaaS customers at the conclusion of the exercise upon request.

Hello Everyone
As we prepare for the last quarter of 2025, Insurity Cloud Operation Leadership is providing this advance notice of the upcoming Production Change Freeze / Blackout Period at the end of the year. These change freezes are common operating procedure implemented to minimize risk from production changes and or reduced holiday period resource coverage during our clients’ critical year end window.
This year the change freeze period will run from: Monday, December 22, 2025 through Sunday, January 4, 2026
Please use the information below to visualize what is and is not permitted during the freeze window:
Permitted:
Critical or High severity issue mitigation
Site Maintenance/Data Maintenance items that are low impacting changes that have been reviewed by Development & Operations Leads
Not Permitted:
Regular or planned change to production applications or infrastructure (including Scheduled and Non-Scheduled Service Release Deployments)
