Please be advised that scheduled maintenance in our Implementation, IAT, and UAT Environments is planned.
During this maintenance period the Bridge Specialty Suite Application, Integrations Platform and Cognos Reporting Platform may not be available for all Implementation, IAT, and UAT environments.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your cooperation.

This message is intended for all Insurity Customers.
As we prepare for the last quarter of 2024, Insurity is providing this advance notice of the upcoming Production Change Freeze at the end of the year. These change freezes are a common operating procedure, implemented to minimize risk from production changes and/or reduced holiday period resource coverage during our customers’ critical year-end window.
Blackout Period Dates: Monday, December 16, 2024 through Sunday, January 5, 2025
Development changes permitted to Production during the blackout period:
1. Critical and High Severity changes (Severity 1 and Severity 2)
2. Patches for Showstopper and High Severity issues
3. Site Maintenance/Data Maintenance items that are low impacting changes and that have been reviewed and approved by Insurity.
Production changes that must wait post blackout period:
1. Service Releases (including BI releases, Integration/Interface Releases/changes)
2. Non-Programming Releases
3. Patches for Medium and Low Severity changes
4. Any other impactful configuration changes
Changes to lower environments are permitted during the blackout period but it is recommended to plan them in advance due to potential limited resource availability.
