Notice- Canadian Public Cloud Disaster Recovery Exercise May 10, 2025 00:00-18:00 EDT

Update - Reminder: Insurity Cloud Operations will be conducting our annual CA Public Cloud Disaster Recovery exercise on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 12:00am-6:00pm EDT.

Note, during the exercise, please note, reporting tools such as Qlik and Cognos, will not be available. These tools will be available again at the completion of the exercise. As part of the disaster recovery exercise, you have the opportunity to test within a testing window from 10:00am to 1:00pm EST on Saturday, May 10, 2025. The link to confirm your participation is included below. You must complete the registration form by 5:00pm EDT Friday, April 18, 2025, to allow for planning activities to be completed.

Insurity Cloud Operations will communicate the detailed plan to your organization the week of April 28, 2025.

The Disaster Recovery Exercise results will be available to all hosted clients, regardless of their participation.
