Notification: Insurity Predict 2026 Disaster Recovery Exercise - Saturday, June 13, 2026 Jun 13, 2026 08:00-18:00 EDT

The following is an important message to all Insurity Predictive Analytics customers.

Hello Everyone,

We are pleased to announce that the annual Insurity Predict Disaster Recovery exercise is planned for Saturday, June 13, 2026 8:00am-6:00pm ET.

During this Disaster Recovery exercise, the Insurity Predict application will not be available while we are running tests in the secondary region.

The results of the exercise will be made available to all Insurity Predict customers at the conclusion of the exercise.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while the exercise is underway.

Scheduled - The following is an important message to Insurity Customers from Insurity Customer Support.

Insurity Cloud Operations will be conducting our annual Canadian Azure Public Cloud Disaster Recovery exercise on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 6:00am-6:00pm ET. During this exercise, all CA Azure Public Cloud production environments will be offline for the following products: Insurity Decisions Suite, Insurity Workers’ Comp Suite, Insurity ClaimsXPress, Insurity Marine Suite and Insurity Bridge Specialty Suite.

During the exercise, please note, reporting tools such as Qlik and Cognos, will not be available. These tools will be available again at the completion of the exercise.

As part of the disaster recovery exercise, our customers will have the opportunity to participate and conduct independent testing from 12:00pm-3:00pm ET. If your organization wishes to participate in testing, please click the link below to complete our registration form by 12:00pm ET Friday, April 24, 2026

The Disaster Recovery Exercise results will be available to all hosted clients, regardless of participation. Please contact your Customer Success Representative or Customer Support if you have any questions.
